What Is A Sibling ” I Hate You” Story?

Sometimes siblings have an  “I Hate You”  story.

What is an “I Hate You” story?  Something happened between you and your sibling when you were younger that caused damage to you. In your mind the pain was caused by your brother or sister. As a result, you may think your mother or father  loved your sibling better than you. It could have made you believe your sibling did not love you at all. It could have given you the feeling that you did not love your own sister or brother. Perhaps this hurt turned into a story which as repeated in your mind over and over again.

    I just wrote on why I hate my sibling. It’s not even so much hate though as the need to keep myself removed from a very toxic, and damaged person. I can hate him, but I don’t have the energy to. I can be civil, and choose to avoid him as an adult, as that has been the best thing for me.
